1. TELL ME A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF
My name is Mayte Bravo Valencia, I’m 30 years old, I’m a public
accountant with a master in tribulation, I worked by myself at my
home with small business which I kept the accounting books, so I
can say that I have experience in this .

2. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE POSITION?
I found out from a former university colleague who did a professional
internship in this company, and he told me many good things,like
the knowledge that he acquired that he learned here, such as the
work environment and the national recognition that the company has
3. WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION?
Im interest Because I work in this area, I know the trajectory of some
superiors who are working here in the accounting area, and I would
like them to give me some advice and of course learn from them .
4. WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?
Because as I already mentioned, I have experience in this area that
the company is looking for, you can see my curriculum viate the
trajectory I have and the recommendations of other companies
about my work.

5. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR STREGTHS AND
WEAKNESSES?
As a force I have my knowledge about taxation, my discipline,
cleanliness, and clarity to present the financial statements
as a weakness, I am very obsessive(IF I START SOMETHING I
OBSESS MYSELF UNTIL I FINISH IT), sometimes I can get very
compulsive, and stubborn.

6. TELL ME ABOUT A TIME WHEN YOU OVERCAME A
CHALLENGE AT WORK
I Think At the time of making decisions about acquiring a batch of
merchandise in times of a pandemic, like we all know those times
were very difficult for all the Peruvians companies because we didnt
know how prices were going to vary, so the companies were
doubting if they should invest their money or save it for another
occasion.
LEYLA: YESS, NEITHER MENTIONED IT, THIS COMPANY
SUFFERED A LOT IN THAT TIME, THEN WE CAN SAY THAT
YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ECONOMIC CRISIS, AHAHAHAH

7. WHAT ARE YOU CAREER GOALS?
Personally, I would like to be part of this great company and be able
to provide all my knowledge and make it grow more,make this
company a lot of money hahaha, actually I see it as a challenge a
personal as a professional challenge

8. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
I would like to see myself taking a vacation with my family, I would
also like to study a master's degree in international auditing abroad

As I mentioned before, I like the work environment and recognition
as a company, it would look great on my curriculum

10. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME?
I really dont have any, but I would like to know your opinion about
your time working here and if it is real all the wonders that people
who worked here say about this company, do not answer if it seems
very personal
Leyla:NO PROBLE, MMMM … for me it is really nice to work here,
the bosses are very respectful and care about us, they always teach
us new things and the pay is good hahaha, that's all, a pleasure to
