FOREWORD

First of all I would like praise the presence of God Almighty, that gives mercy and
grace and health to me, so as to complete the task “CRITICAL BOOK REVIEW” .This task
is created to fulfill one of my courses is “ENGLISH BUSINESS”. The task of critical book
review is structured with the hope to gain knowledge and insight into all of us, especially in
terms of the development of methods pembelejaran learners.

I realized that the task of critical book review is still far from perfection, if in this task
there is a lot of kekurangandan mistake, I’m sorry because real knowledge and my
understanding is still limited , because of the limitations of science and it is my understanding
that not how.

The writing of this introduction has made me very aware of the limitations of my own
knowledge about foreign cultures,and gave rise to tensions over differences of language and
culture in the place we were born that into the horizon and the boundary pemikirann and
practices of most people. A large population of the world-China, India, Latin America, and so
on –using a different language from me and live in a religious diversity that I don’t
understand since a long time outside the territory of “English Bussines”.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Rationalization of the Importance of CBR


By studying and applying the system CBR students can think more critically again, so
that the reader not only monotonous reading course and receive direct what the content of
articles/journals/books, but we can know the advantages and disadvantages of the two
books,in addition to it we can distinguish where the book is worth it in the review.

Skills make the CBR on the author can also test your skills in summarizing and
analyzing a book as well as compare book analyzed with her other books, recognize and give
value as well as criticizing a paper that analyzed.

1.2 The purpose of Writing CBR


The purpose of the CBR this is so that students are able to develop the culture of
reading. Then students are also expected to be able to think in the kriritis and systematic.The
purpose of writing a CBR of this at once to completion of tasks critical book review in the
course Introduction to Management.

1.3 The Benefits Of Writing


Writing CBR is expected to provide benefits for students, the lecturer of the course
both in terms of the knowledge and skills as well as the benefits that can be applied on the
discussion in these two books.

2.1 Main Journal


Communication is the process in which one person transmitting ideas or information
to another. Effective communication is when we transforming our ideas in simple and clear
way. Communication is two way process in which one party is sender and second is receiver.
Effective communication is very important for successful business. Business can’t operate
without communicating with its customers, employee or other business. Effective
communication in business is important because it create awareness and reputation among
customers. It builds strong relationship among employee and management.Growth of
business depends upon how business communicates with its external as well as internal users.

There are several methods of business communication by which business can


communicate with its related party for ex. Video conferencing, email, letter, presentation,
face to face meetings etc. Business operate in dynamic environment, with effective
communication better decisions can be taken Communication does not mean sending or
receiving.message, but also involves understanding.

Effective communication how effective are we communicate with others in a simple


way. For effective communication, the recipientmust understand the message in the same
sense as it has by the sender. Communication Effective business transactions occur between
two or more parties to exchange business-related information. Witheffective communication
effective plans can be made. With an effective plan, businesses willgrow in a dynamic
environment. With effective communication business not onlyInternal parties but also can
communicate with external parties.

The cover of this journal seems very simple, so it does not attract the attention of the
readers

2) Viewed from the aspect of layout and layout, as well as writing including use of fonts

From the aspect of the layout and layout of this book, it has been neatly arranged with
the use of the right font so that the readers are comfortable when reading the journal.

3) Viewed from the aspect of the journal content

This journal is complete so you can add a lot insight of the readers. Submission of the

to another. Effective communication is essential for a successful business. Businesses cannot
operate without communicating with customers, employees or other businesses. Effective
communication in business is important because it creates awareness and reputation among
customers. It builds a strong relationship between employees and management. Effective and
good communication in business is very helpful in promoting a product, service or
organization.

4.2 Recommendation
The advantages of this journal are to be further maintained and strengthened and the
shortcomings of the journal are to be further researched to achieve maximum results. This
journal is very good to be used as a reference for reading and assignments for students and
the general public.
