#1 What are the people doing in the photos? Do you think these are good or bad habits? Why?
A) In the first picture, the young boy is playing games. In many cases, gaming can do more harm than good such as the increase of heart problems when
you play video games excessively, and can also exacerbate psychological problems.

B) In this second picture, the boy is seen playing with his phone while eating his meal. It is a bad habit because scientists warned that using smartphones at
mealtimes can lead to an expanding waistline and Researchers have found that men and women consumed 15% more calories when looking at their
phones while eating.

C) The girl is seen either running or jogging early in the morning. This is a good habit as early exercises will help you start the day with more energy, focus,
and optimism. Plus, after a morning workout, you're more likely to eat healthily and stay active throughout the day.

D) The students seem to be copying each other’s homework while on their way to school. This is a bad habit because it is counted as cheating and
plagiarizing. The main effects of cheating are course failure, suspension, expulsion, lack of confidence, and ruined academic integrity.
