Explain your answer.

- Overall, the following personalities are important as front office personnel. But
the most important thing is to have a positive attitude physically and emotionally,
like being relaxed and optimistic. Besides, our attitude depends on what
personality does, we have if it is positive or negative. In that way having a
positive attitude will help to assist our guests well and properly and having that
positive attitude we have shown to our guests we will infect them with it. Also
having a positive attitude helps them to have good positive body language to
interact/communicate with all staff in the hotel department, especially to assist
guests. Such as always putting a smile on their faces while they are interacting
with guests. Furthermore, having body language is one that affects how guests
will react to how we assist them. To help boost the economy in terms of the Hotel
Industry.
