Instructions:
1. Interview someone who has a business. He or she can be a relative, a friend, a neighbour (e.g., an
owner of a sari-sari store nearby), or anyone (e.g., an owner of a food stall in your school’s canteen).
2. Let him or her tell you a story on how his or her business came to be. (Important: Listen, and listen
well. Do not interrupt while he or she tells you his or her story. Notice any spark of passion in his
or her eyes.)
3. Summarize his or her story and submit it in Google classroom. At the minimum, your summary
should include the following:
a. Name of the business
b. Form of the business and type of business activity
c. Nature of products or services
d. Brief history of the business
 Reason for putting up the business (including any interesting facts and
circumstances – most businesses have this!)
 Initial capital and how that capital was generated (i.e., from savings or borrowings
or both)
 Difficulties faced by the owner during the start-up period
e. Other information (use your imagination; be creative)

TheaDreiAkel`s Store are school supplies store the services they


have,those are Editing,Printing,Laminating,and Other Services.Our story
about my mother's store was begun when my mother is a junior high
school student. My mom owe 700 pesos to my father's dad, my mother
bought some nylon ropes. The one that teenagers do to create bracelets,
that is very trendy in their time. After a day all the nylon ropes are all
sold and the income multiply by two, so that means the 700 pesos then
my mom owe turns into 1400. My mother paid his debt to my father's dad
and the another 700 bought again nylon ropes until the store became
successful. My mother invest on something that she thinks it can be sold
on a short period of time. Until she buys some school supplies because
on my mother's stall in front of that there are someone building a school
and my mother store became successful again. Until she invest on some
machines like xerox machine and infront of our store are the barangay
hall of our subdivision. All the people who are looking to xerox their files,
they just go to our store because its more convinient and not far away.
After that my mother invest on computers and she watch in youtube for
some content about on how to use adobe photoshop. Thats why we are
still studying because of my mother's store even if some day are less
costumer.
