OVERVIEW When the business started, the word got around that their mechanics are highly skilled
and rendered excellent service with little or no back-jobs. They specialize in the repair and
maintenance of European cars and is equipped with specialized and basic equipment such
as scanners, computer box adaptors, software and lifters. Since work area is too small,
new and/or loyal customers numbering about 10-15 a week, who walk-in without an
appointment are politely turned away to set an appointment at a future date. Thus a
bigger area is needed.
As their walk-in customers increased, so did their regular staff of highly skilled
mechanics. Eventually walk-in customers evolved into regular customers who required
periodic maintenance care and repair.
Unfortunately due to limited workspace since their lot area is not big, they had to
turn away walk-in customers and regular customers who would need instant minor repairs
and adjustments. Priority was given to customers who had made appointments.
Looking forward, there is a big potential to increase existing revenues should a new
area large enough can be found, to accommodate customers both new and regular at the
rate mentioned above.
