In 1992, VMC recognised the need for organized and
comprehensive study material, which was perfectly
synchronized with the classroom sessions. Thus VMC
became first institute to introduce completely cohesive and
scientifically designed course material for its students.
VMC provides a comprehensive set of study material to all its
students, which is scientifically prepared to ensure
comprehension of even the most difficult topics. It includes
well designed layouts, innovative explanations, simple
examples and other research-proven techniques of study
material presentation. Each key concept is explained using
carefully chosen questions with stepwise solution, which
explains the core application of the concept.
The study material at VMC is revised every year and covers
every aspect of each topic, making it completely self-
sufficient. So much is our confidence in our study material,
that we consciously ask our students to rely solely on VMC
material, and not consult any other book or guide. We

between CBSE and IIT-JEE and is specifically

The One Year Course offered by VMC is an

COURSE STRUCTURE
Phase 1 The First Stage focuses on the
important and difficult topics of Class XII which
are often the source of confusion and
subsequent mistakes. The emphasis is to
create visualization for these concepts using
multimedia, models, real life examples etc, so
that these critical concepts can be applied to
real exam problems more effectively. Periodic
testing through Class Tests and Unit Tests help
the students in evaluating and benchmarking
their understanding.
Phase 2 The Second Stage begins around
October and the emphasis shifts to covering
the Class XI topics and on continuous testing.
The focus of this stage is to build confidence
and motivate the students to give their best
shot in the remaining three months before the
main exams. Sessions on motivation, time

conducted by experts in this stage.
Phase 3 In the Third Stage, once the syllabus

This course is for students who would be going to
Class IX and beginning their early journey towards
JEE Advanced, Main, NEET and other Engineering /
Medical entrance exams. In this course, we will first
work on building a strong foundation, and then
work on the analytical and reasoning skills.
Since the preparation begins early, the course
completes early giving the student more time for
mastering Advanced concepts and problems, which
are a must for success in JEE Advanced, NEET and
other entrance exams. In the course, the Time
advantage accorded also opens opportunities for
additional learning and exam avenues like
Olympiads, NTSE, KVPY and other prestigious
examinations. Specialised preparation is
undertaken for these exams and proudly, almost all
students outperform their peers in schools and
these specialised exams.
This course is a natural extension of our 3 Year
Classroom Course, which within its first year of
inception in 2011, has become immensely popular
among the Engineering / Medical aspirants. Like
our 3-Year Course, this course also aims at building
sound foundation for fundamental concepts in

COURSE STRUCTURE
This is a 4 year Classroom Course for students
who would be starting their Class IX.
The Course starts in April 2020.
In the first year, enhancing analytical and
reasoning skills will be our focus, together with

NEET and other Engineering / Medical entrance
exams. Additionally, we will be working on

The preparation for JEE Advanced, Main, NEET

In the second year, the student will move to our
3-Year Course, which will further strengthen the
fundamental concepts and would also
introduce the primary concepts of Engineering /
Medical entrance preparation. This well spaced
course structure helps the student to approach
the exams in a stress free manner and improves
the probability of scoring better. Preparation for
the mainstream Engineering / Medical
entrance would begin at this stage only.
In the third and fourth year, the student will
move to our flagship 2 year course –
comprising of Phase 1 (Class XI), Phase 2 (Class
XII) and the Final Step (The Revision course)
Students will be tested at regular intervals
through 3 Hour Review Tests, Test Series, Online
Chapter Tests etc to judge the understanding of
the concepts. Promotion to successive years is
strictly based on the performance in these Tests.

NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) Preparation

ABOUT NTSE
The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a National Level scholarship program in India for class X students. It
is one of the oldest and most prestigious scholarship exam. It was started in 1963 to identify and honour talented
students by awarding them monthly scholarships. The scholarship is given to students for pursuing courses in
sciences and social sciences up to doctoral level and in professional courses like medicine and engineering up to
second-degree level subject to the fulfillment of the conditions.

NTSE IS CONDUCTED IN TWO STAGES;

Stage I - Selection is done by States/UTs through the written examination and students who qualify Stage - I are
eligible to appear for Stage - II
Stage II - This Examination is conducted by NCERT. The examination consist of Mental Ability Test (MAT) and
Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) - same as Stage - I.

(c) Amount of Scholarship for Ph.D. is fixed in accordance with the UGC norms.

ELIGIBILITY
All students of Class X studying in recognized schools are eligible to appear for the Stage-I examination, conducted by
the States/UTs, in which the schools are located. There will be no domicile restriction.
Students registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) will also be eligible for scholarship, provided the student is
below the age of 18 years (as on 1st July of the particular year), the student is not employed and s/he is appearing in
class X examination for the first time.
