For Implementing Partner compliance for the First Tranche Release in addition to above:

• Duly executed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between OPAPP and implementing

partner
• Copy of the Sangguniang Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to sign the
MOA
• Certification on the Opening of Special Account
• Certified copy of the Executive Order on the designation of the Focal Person and Project
Management Team for PAMANA projects

Note: All pertinent documents should be approved by the implementing partner (Head of
the Office and/or Local Chief Executive with cover letter upon submission).
