completely read and fully understood the Design Manual and the Calendar of Activities of
Architectural Design 9 and Architectural Design 10. I also pledge to the best of my abilities to comply
with all the requirements and follow the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Design Manual.

I Ostria, Raul A. , as the parent/guardian of Ostria, Jeanne Kaye L , hereby acknowledge that I have
completely read, fully understood and support the Design Manual, which has been formulated to
instill order, uniformity, integrity and fairness in the conduct of all capstone preparation and
deliberation of the Architecture (ARCH) Department of the Technological Institute of the Philippines
(TIP) Manila. I am also fully aware of the deadlines and minimum outputs required from my son/
daughter in relation to the course, as well as the corresponding penalties for failing to meet these
deadlines and/or requirements.
