I. TITLE It is the exact premise of the study.

II. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY It is the brief story and narration of the
study (at least provide the date, people who are involve in the event, summary
of the event).

III. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM This would be the problem that needs
to resolved. It should be answered by the alternative courses of action on the
later part of the research. Statement of the problem can be a worst problem
that is considered as a result of other problem, it can be a priority that needs
into consideration, or it can be an issue. It should be in a form for declarative
statement.

IV. POINT OF VIEW It is the organization, agency, corporation, group of

persons or person’s point of view or idea to resolve the given statement of
the problem.

V. SWOT ANALYSIS Strength. Advantage of the chosen Point of View to

resolve the statement of the problem. Weakness. Disadvantage or limitations
of the chosen Point of View to resolve the statement of the
problem.Opportunity. Positive things or benefits might happen if the problem
or study will be resolve.Threat. Problems that may arise if the
problem/issue/concern will not be resolved.

VI. ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION (ACA)This section is the

presentation of three (3) proposed solutions to the statement of the problem.
These ACAs should be timely and realistic to be considered as a solution to
the statement of the problem.

VII. DECISIONIt should include only of one ACA or your chosen ACA and
explain it thoroughly.

VIII. RECOMMENDATIONSThis part should include three (3) proposed

activities or actions that are coming directly from your chosen alternative
course of actions (ACA). It can be in a form of calendar of activities or
proposal of a policy.
REQUIREMENTS/REMINDER FOR ACTIVITY

1. It should be in both PPT and MS Word file format.

2. This activity will comprise the totality of your grade for finals.
3. Presentation will start on second week of November.
4. Only the group members and judges/panels should be present during the
presentation in the google meet.
5. If necessary, kindly include photographs on both PPT and MS word to
elaborate and illustrate clearly the presentation.
