difficult or even impossible to do with a GUI.
2. Differentiate OCR and Scanners.
OCR is the conversion of images of typed, handwritten or printed to text into machine-encoded
text, whether from a scanned document, a photo of a document, a scene photo. While Scanner,
is a device optically scans images and converts them to digital representations of the images.

For me, the better one is the real teachers, because they can interact more with the
student. Which mean they can express more their ideas and thoughts. It feels different if it’s
the real one than the virtual one. It’s hard to explain. But if it is the real teachers there tend
to be more communication and collaboration, while in the virtual is limited. If you are
presenting a lesson to your class, does size font really effective to your learners? Why?
Yes, the size of the font matters, for it to be effective to the leaners. The learners can easily
read it and without only difficulty. They can understand easily what is being presented to
them, because size font is right for them to see and read.

2. Why dot-matrix printers are useful in business?

Dot-matrix printers are useful in business because this style of printer has low costs per
page, as when ink is running low, the print just fades out rather than just stopping during a
job. They are excellent choice for large companies who need low printing costs rather than
high quality printing.

3. Why 3D printers are useful and will continue to be useful?

3D printers are useful, because they can make a three-dimensional object from a 3D model
or other electronic data source and will continue to be useful, because it allows us to create
prototypes of items without expensive tooling required in subtractive method.

4. Why youth prefer computer games more than real communication and sports outdoors?

1. Why cloud storage is important?

Cloud storage is important because it is responsible for keeping the data available and
accessible, and the physical environment protected ad running. Using cloud storage as a
depository for your files ensures they are safe in case your device get broken or lost. It will
upload automatically because of the auto-upload function and prevents your work from being
wasted.
2. What will computers be like in the future? Will use of computer increase or be reduced? Give
your reasons.
There will be a chance that computers in the future will be more advance and faster than today.
It could be like the movies we watch. Perhaps a size of a coin and offer smart or artificial
intelligence features like expert intelligence neural network pattern recognition features, or
natural language capabilities. It will increase for sure.

3. Is magnetic tape still used today? Why?

No, because there are lot of devices to be used as a backup to save records. Magnetic tape are
convenient, secure and affordable, and companies across the world still rely on this technology
to keep their records safe.
4. If you’re playing video games, what storage device is best for you? Why?
There are many reasons to choose as SSD or pair an SSD with an HHD. Speed, capacity, noise,
durability, temperature and efficiency all make SSDs the prefer choice for gaming. An SSD is
much faster and offers significantly better performance when it comes to gaming, particularly in
terms of loading times.
5. Explain the electrical disadvantage of a portable hard drive?
Disadvantages of a portable hard drive are: it can be damage physically, suddenly dropped or
electric shocked, you must bring it with you to access data, it can be lost anywhere by accident
or by someone stolen, the files on the portable HDD can be available to anyone who is holding
it, the files may not be recovered or not by HDD damaged and the recovery service take your
time and a lot of money.
