==================================================================
Part I: Pre-Exposure
1) What is your goal for this rotation?

I honestly believe that we are all given a life to make it exceptional by accomplishing our
objectives and not allowing obstacles to stop us from pursuing our ambitions. I also feel
that setting objectives is critical in every job we undertake, as it provides additional
motivations and clarifies our priorities in achieving success. As a result, I believe my
major goal for this rotation is to broaden my knowledge and abilities in providing
community care, as well as to encourage reflective thinking and discussion with my CI
and groupmates. It's also important to know how a community assessment and diagnosis
are utilized in the community for formulating care plans and intiate program
implementation.

2) What are your expectations for this rotation?

When it comes to my expectations, I've always hoped for an opportunity to encapsulate

my clinical and academic duties as a student through some type of experience. Although,
understanding that a virtual discussion imposes many restrictions for both learners and
instructors, this will be a difficult task. Despite these challenges, I am hopeful that we
will be able to connect with our teachers and absorb their inputs throughout the
discussion, allowing us to deliver outstanding care for patients, families, and
communities in a real-world situation.

3) What are your fears and anxieties for this rotation?

Even under normal conditions, I believe anxiety is significant among nursing students in
every rotation, up to now, when we deal with the new learning modality of virtual
classrooms. Slow internet speeds have undoubtedly been linked to the basic issues of
education, particularly among students in rural regions. As a result, when participating in
online activities, a slow or unstable internet connection has been one of my biggest
concerns. Knowing how these new modalities of learning force us to be extremely
dependent on internet connectivity, I can honestly tell that this has a rippling impact on
my concentration and focus in class.Being in Level III, where I've learned how vital it is
to be attentive and hands-on, having bad internet access made me feel like I was falling

behind in class, especially when I went disconnected in
goggle meet or had voice quality difficulties such as
delays, echo, and crackling noises.

4) How did you prepare for this rotation?

Knowing that our virtual duty begins early this morning and that I was still having
internet access issues at home, I had no alternative but to drive to Poblacion and attend
the session using just mobile data. Despite having a poor internet connection, I've always
attempted to arrive early in class and stay engaged during the discussion. I also did a brief
review with our CHN Handbook and recalled some topics that I believe would be
addressed in today's session, which will help me easily catch up and comprehend.
Part II: Actual Exposure to the Area
1) Describe your learning experiences in the clinical area.
If I were to characterize my learning experience throughout this rotation, I would say it
was smooth, relatable, and interactive. During the discussion, I found it to be enjoyable
and engaging because our instructor attempts to alleviate the pressures that we experience
when attending on-screen classes and encourages positive interaction with our classmates
and CI. Aside from that, our clinical instructor also gave us a schedule of tasks for the
day, which I believe will assist us manage our time while completing today's tasks.

Part III: Post Exposure

1) Did you meet your set goal? Describe

Personally, I believe I have accomplished my objectives, and I am grateful to our clinical

instructor for keeping the discussion focused and informative. I was able to comprehend
how a community assessment and community diagnosis are utilized to improve and
initiate positive alterations in the community. Aside from that, I've learnt how the
frontlines of health formulates community nursing care plan while analyzing families and
communities in order to address their needs and health concerns.

2) What are the fears, anxieties and challenges encountered? Describe

For my fears and challenges encountered, its always the slow internet connection that
can't be avoided. Its very stessful on my part because no matter how much I wanted to
attend the lessons, there were times when I get disconnected to the meeting session and
the voice of my clinical instructor are broken that I can no longer understand.

Part IV: Reflection

1) What is the significance and implications of your clinical experience for this rotation as a
nursing student?

optimizing plan of care and delivery among families with safe and quality nursing

possible strategy and action for the betterment of the populations at large within the
community.
