Teaching notes

This tangled translation is a fun way to give students more support with this skill, which
can be differentiated according to the instructions on p.1.
Students will need two coloured highlighters, one colour for English and one for French.
They can choose the correct level of challenge themselves or you can direct them, as
appropriate.

J’habite à Londres. C’est une région exceptionnelle car il y a toujours beaucoup à

faire. Mon ami habite à Bubwith et c’est nul. Il n’y a qu’un parc et un magasin. Il n’y a
pas de cinéma. Il n’y a rien à faire avec mes amis. Je pense que Londres est mieux que
Bubwith.
