Work Place: Research and Technology Development Department at Pune and Nagpur.

Project completion:

1. conversion of rice husk ash into useful products.

2. Synthesis of water based Acrylic emulsion, styrene emulsion,
copolymerization and copolymer using advance process.
3. Process of conversion, size reduction and manufacturing of carbon
nanoparticle and their derivative from pyrolytic waste carbon char.
4. Removal and Recovery of Ammonical nitrogen and /or phosphate and thereof
from various industrial wastewater.
5. Process for emulsification of Water in oil liquid Emulsion membrane using
Hydrodynamic Cavitation and Application for Removal of Cobalt from
Aqueous Phase.
6. Oxy-P process for reduction of COD, BOD and dyes degradation of industrial
wastewater treatment.
7. Synthesis of graphene and their derivatives.
8. Manufacturing of Bioethanol from Potato.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Invention and Development, Supervise, monitoring, troubleshooting of the
current process and product into advance product and process etc.
2. Supervise and monitoring the team, leading the team, planning and execution
of ideas, and troubleshoot scale-up and block diagram and PFD & P&ID.
 3. Scaleup the process and product from R&D to pilot plant to commercial scale.
4. Basic chemical engineering calculation/Sizing/material balance/design
equipment.
5. Waste heat recovery, industrial hazardous waste management and conversion
into product or cost reduction of current industrial hazardous waste etc.
6. New process and product development, addressing issue.
7. Planning and conducting experiments, Patent writing.
8. Maintain the account balance sheet of product.
9. Documentation and costing, product Analysis and prepare technical reports
and SOP of the process and product.
10. Generate and evaluate the innovative ideas for process development, writing a
technical reports and publication.

Analysis: SEM, TEM, XRD, XRF, EDS, FTIR etc.

Key Point: Pilot Plant design and scaleup, PFD, PID, block diagram, designing, new technology
and process, product development, Emulsion polymerization (Acrylic polymers, styrene-
butadiene copolymers), polymer, flow chemistry, micro-reactor, Graphene and there derivative,
Advance cavitation process, hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment.
