Dear American Concrete Institute Philippines – BPSU Student Chapter,

Greetings!

The American Concrete Institute Philippines – TIP Manila Student Chapter is a recognized
student–based organization of ACI Philippines that aims to provide academic activities and services to
students, that mainly focuses on concrete and civil engineering in general, and follows the path of the ACI
Philippines organization.

In this spirit, the organization will be holding the ACI Philippines -TIP Manila Induction Ceremony
and Concrete Forum 6.0 Series 1: “Headway Through AdvanCEment in Construction Industry” that
will be held on the 30th of October 2021. The ACI Philippines – TIP MNL SC believe that this event will give
the students a vision of the development, utilization, and importance of technological innovation in
construction industry.

In line with this, ACIP-TIP MNL SC are asking for your support and become one of our
organizational partners in realizing this said event. In the case that you accepted our proposal, the terms and
conditions below are required to be met:

Partner organization/s shall:

1. Send their organization’s official name and logo to the ACIP-TIP MNL SC email found at the top and
the bottom of this letter.
2. Encourage 30 participants coming from their university / school / organization.
3. Provide 30 likes to the ACIP-TIP MNL SC Facebook page.
4. Partake in sharing social media platforms esp. Facebook.

(Note: Every partner organization will be monitored via participant tracker form to verify if the terms and
conditions of this agreement are satisfied.)
In return, ACIP-TIP MNL SC will:
1. Incorporate your organization’s logo and name in all of our official publication materials before this
event;
2. Mention and show your organization’s logo and/or name in webinar commercials or breaks;
3. Encourage participants to visit and like your social media platforms and pages;
4. Provide 20 likes to the ACIP-TIP MNL SC Facebook page.
5. Provide a certificate of participation as an organizational partner for your organization at the end of
the webinar
