➢ Subtitles are written in sentence form, highlighted. There should be a double space before
the start of each section. Continuous pagination from the 1st page of the chapter written in
Arabic on upper right side of the sheet; however, note that there is no page number on first
page of the chapter;
➢ Related studies should not be more than five (5) years old.

1 THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND


• Discussions follow at once after the chapter title, no introduction of the chapter.
• Discussions are in paragraph form starting from macro to micro development that gives an
overview of the research.
• * It includes the locale of the study, the existence of the unsatisfactory condition that needs
a solution, and a desire to find a better way doing something or improving the present
situation. * not required

Scope and Limitations of the Study


The section discusses the parameters of the research in paragraph it answers the basic
questions:
• How – The methodology of the research which may include the research design,
methodology and the research instrument.
Definition of Terms
• The section should have an introductory statement.
• Terms or variables are enlisted and arranged on alphabetical order, written in bold
capital lower case type.
• Each variable is given a definition written immediately after each term in sentence
form and on hanging indentions. Retain operational definitions are necessary.

II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURES AND STUDIES


This chapter is introduced first in paragraph before the first subtitle. It is in thematic
format.

III SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS


The chapter should have an introductory paragraph.

Summary of Findings
• The section is introduced first.
• Subtitles of the summary of findings should follow the statement of the problem.
Conclusions
• The section is introduced first.
• Conclusions are enlisted based on the hypothesis and Summary of Findings (SOF).
Recommendations
• The section is introduced first.
• Recommendations are enlisted based on the important results and conclusions.
• Concrete programs should be the recommendation other than general ideas.

Bibliography
The accepted placement of the bibliography or references is at the end of the manuscript.
Enlist all the reference materials used alphabetically
