YMC reserves the right to fix the safety cover medical/marshals needed according to the activity on VDA.

TRA Licensing of wireless equipment (Radio Frequencies) – the use of all wireless equipment will require frequency spectrum authorisation from the
Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Footage License Agreement - content production and use of the Footage and/or Images shall be subject to the Footage & Image terms and conditions.

INCLUSIONS
Dedicated Yas Marina Circuit point of contact. Drinking water.
Safety Marshal Cover for VDA Activity. Car parking x 13,217 spaces.
Track lighting for night time running. Single bathroom.
Highspeed internet ADSL either LAN or WIFI upto 10mbps. Medical Cover includes Basic Life Support. Note that unless booked as
Helmets (Tier1 x10, Tier2 x15, Tier3 x40) dedicated, the BLS Medical will be stationed at YMC Medical Centre and
will respond to any incident on Circuit; Drag or Vehicle Dynamic Area.
Cones x100 Should the Ambulance be deployed to an incident, all track activity site
VDA Hospitality Box – use as briefing room for up to 40 pax with built-in wide will cease until cover is reinstated. Only events with dedicated
data projector; or as hospitality space. medical can continue uninterrupted.
