1. Agree or Disagree. Rizal is a coward when he refused to approve the planned


uprising of the Katipunan. Explain your answer in brief.

 I disagree, because he did what he thinks right and I believe that we should
not only use the blade of a weapon to fight.

2. If you had been Rizal’s lawyer, what could have you done to save Rizal from his
death sentence?

 If I were the defense lawyer of Jose Rizal, I will do something to protect him
from the death sentence by studying the entire case. After, I will present some
important papers, and supporting documents to stop authority from pushing
him to trial. I will prove to the Spanish authority that their allegation was wrong
and it must be corrected before they execute Rizal to death. Even I know that
it risks my life also because we know that the Spaniards that time are very
strict and If they heard someone who was against them will be killed

3. Explain the reason why Rizal wanted to be shot in the small of the back instead of
the head.

 Because the Spaniards considered him a traitor to the country and to the Spain.

REFLECTION. Do you think Rizal’s dying for the country was really worth it? Prove
your point.

Yes, it really worth’s a lot because he died knowing he fight for his heart's desire to
fight for our country even until his last breath and it really worth’s him too for his title for
being our national hero. Looking back since the time Philippines achieve freedom, we
know too well that his efforts and sacrifices considering also our other heroes that they
succeeded.
