of complaint (around 150 words) to the travel agency you bought the tour from
to voice your dissatisfaction regarding the flight, hotel room and staff, tour
guide, food and tour itinerary; as well as seek apology and compensation from
the agency. (5 marks)

Dear Ms Huong,
I am writing to complaint about the terrible service, a very unsatishfactory
experience I receive on a holiday arranged by your company. I had as a
member of your packaged tour (Sai Gon – Thailand 3 days 2 nights ) which
travelled to Thailand on May 21th, 2018.
My particular complaint concerns the travel arrangements, which was disatrous
about the inclusive tour service, hotel service and room service in The Yard
Hostel Bangkok in Thailand. As requested, I arrived to at the Bangkok ariport 1
hour before departure in order check in. However, we had told in most rude and
impolite in check – in desk at the airport and we were so difficult to explain
with the staff that we could not check in as the flight was overbooked. Then, I
arrived at the hotel on the frist night quite late in the evening. When the room
keys were handed out by our giude, I went immediately to the room assigned to
me and found that another woman on the tour was already in one of the beds;
she had been assigned to the same room. After that, I went back to the tour
giude immediately and told him that I had paid the extra fee for a single
occupancy room. He went and talked to the hotel staff, and return to tell me it
was too late to find a single room and get it ready for me . In addtion, the bed
saged, the pillow is stained and the shower curtain is torn. What is terrible, I
was so surprised to see that the tap is dripping.
I find such service totally unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for this holiday
and I think your company had to enhance your service. I would be grateful if
you could give me some explanations and offer some form of compensation.
