EX: This situation happens in a five-star hotel in HCMC. A wealthy businessman stays in the
hotel but is not happy with the hotel's service.
Student A: You are a wealthy businessman, and you are staying in a five-star hotel in HCMC.
He finds the hotel service terrible (e.g., small room, rude staff, funny sound-making air
conditioner, no minibar, clogged sink, etc.). You call the front desk to complain and say you
want to talk to the manager.
Student B: You are a receptionist at a five-star hotel. You are very polite, and you can deal
with annoyed guests. You try to calm down the guest and solve any problems he has and
avoid calling the manager.
