Proposed Business Organization Name: Mang Inasal
Three Reasons for choosing the Business Organization:
1. Our group chooses Mang Inasal Philippine Inc. because it is one of the successful fast-
food restaurant chains in the Philippines, it has over 450 stores nationwide and counting.
In terms of the Hospitality and Food Industry, Mang Inasal has gained a lot of experience
for over 18 years of their services. Our group also likes to engage with the traditional
Filipino Cuisine that is why we choose Mang Inasal. As we observed, the current
problems or issues that the company is facing right now is the pandemic that affects the
flow of their products and services. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, most of the companies
and businesses had disruption, and Mang Inasal is one of that companies and businesses.
It affects their manpower, staff, and even delivering the raw products or materials. It is a
challenge to the company because having this kind of problem in their company will
affect the workflow of the store.

2. Mang Inasal is known for their unique style of dining and service, they’re known for
serving unlimited rice and soup (sinigang soup) that is how most Filipino’s like Mang
inasal because rice is the staple food of lots of Filipino. Due to the current world situation
which is the Covid-19 pandemic the government implemented the Enhanced community
quarantine and dine-in are all restricted. To still operate they come up with receiving
online orders and calls for delivering their products to their customers, the issue that we
see here is having low customers satisfaction because they could not maintain having
unlimited rice on their menu as they are usually known for. The other current problems
that they were facing right now are about the distributions and the limited capacity to
cater just the deliveries and take-outs, so having it done during this pandemic requires
much work from the inside. They need more sets of delivery drivers and packaging
materials that will add up to their operational cost. They also need to manage how to
deliver the product that still appealing and satisfying for every serving to their customers.
