Scope:
` General check-up of the equipment.
` General check-up on any program, software and firmware used in the operation of the equipment.
` Conduct a complete diagnostic routine within the system.
` Capture Running Logs, Resource Utilization, Current Firmware Version and Do Bug Check
` Repair and maintenance of Network Equipment Horizontal Cabling complete components (CAT-6)
` Replacement of defective parts
` All replacement parts should be brand new
`Engineering practice & workmanship and in accordance with the applicable telecommunications
cabling standards set by ISO/IEC, EIA/TIA
`Provide Orientation and Training
`One (1) year warranty and support to all replacement parts
` Labor / Materials included

Company/ Bidders Requirements:

 Supplier must be authorized partner of the equipment they are supplying. Must provide
certificate from the manufacturer stating that the contractor is an Authorized
partner/Installer of brand offered (Cabling, Switches and Access Point)
 Supplier must have Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board PCAB License for
Communication facilities license issued by DTI
 Supplier must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) engineer to install and
configure the switches and wireless access points
 Supplier must have certified cabling installer on the brand being offered.
 Manufacturer Certified Network Professional (Routing & Switching and Voice)
 Supplier must have 24x7 helpdesk hotline for after-sales support
Repair and Maintenance of Network ICT CCTV Equipment (NVR CP-UNR PoE Series
and 16-channel-cameras)

Scope:
` General check-up of the equipment.
` General check-up on any program, software and firmware used in the operation of the equipment.
` Conduct a complete diagnostic routine within the system.
` Repair and maintenance of Network Equipment Horizontal Cabling complete components (CAT-6)
` Access NVR, Check Logs and Errors and Review Viewing.
`Replace worn-out Storage with 2 x 6TB Surveillance Series for Efficient H.265+ compression
technology
`Replace worn-out 16 channel cameras with IR/ 2MP or higher specs / audio capture and
compatible with CP PLUS NVR CP-UNR PoE series system.
` All replacement parts should be brand new
`Engineering practice & workmanship and in accordance with the applicable telecommunications

Scope:
`Clean the outdoor condenser coils and indoor evaporator units.
`Clean all filters
`Check refrigerant charge and tubing
`Check and unclog drain tube
`Check the voltage and amperages of blower motor, compressor and fan motor
`Check and calibrate thermostat
`Inspect and test all controls
`Inspect all contacts and replay
` Inspect unit wiring and tighten loose connection
` Inspect and adjust all belt pulleys
` Inspect and diagnose PCB system for an error and worn-out
` Lubricate moving parts including motors and bearings
` Replace worn-out/defective parts
`Install service line with 60 ampere breaker and # 6 AWG from main source power and with
complete accessories
` All replacement parts should be brand new
` One (1) year warranty and support to all replacement parts
