IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19
1. Candidates must maintain proper social distancing at the examination venue.
2. Candidates must bring their own mask, gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), and the exam related documents such as Admit Card, ID
Card etc. No other items shall be permitted inside the examination venue.
3. Candidates will be required to remove the mask worn by him/her at the time of photograph and whenever requested by the
examination staff.
4. Candidates must bring a signed self-declaration (declaration is provided along with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security
Guard at the entry to the examination venue. THIS IS MANDATORY.
5. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the examination venue.
6. Candidates will be allowed entry as per the given Time Slot, which shall be informed to the candidate through SMS, to maintain social
distancing at the examination centre.
7. Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the examination venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates, whose
temperature is within the acceptable limits, will be allowed inside the examination venue.
8. Mapping of 'Candidates Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the examination venue, but the same will be
provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the examination venue and after the verification of their Admit
Card and ID.
9. At the Registration Desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his/her hands using provided sanitizer.
10. Biometrics will be captured during the registration process.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Candidates shall be issued two separate Admit Cards for Paper-I and Paper-II.
2. Candidates must bring the Admit card in original with a recent passport size color photograph firmly pasted on the invigilator's copy
(preferably the same photograph as was uploaded while filling up application form). Candidates will not be allowed to enter the
Examination venue without the respective Admit card under any circumstances. Candidates without photograph on the Admit
card will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
3. Candidate is required to report at the examination venue strictly as per the given time slot, informed via SMS on his/her registered mobile
number one day prior to the exam date. The entry into the examination centre shall be allowed based upon the individual's given time slot
ONLY.
4. Candidates shall not be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after the Gate Closure Time, under any circumstances.
5. Candidates must bring atleast one Photo Identity Proof out of PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter's Card/ Aadhaar Card in original
with the Admit Card. Candidates shall not be permitted to appear for the examination without original Photo Identity proof. If the
identity of a candidate is in doubt, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Examination. Please note that: -
Ÿ E-Aadhaar Card is not valid.

Ÿ Ration Card or Marksheet of 10 class will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
Ÿ In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification/their
original marriage certificate/affidavit in original.
6. Candidate has to put his/her signatures at the designated place on the Admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator. Candidates
have to handover their Admit Card to the Invigilator at the Examination Centre. Candidates are advised to keep one copy of their
Admit Card for future reference.
7. Candidates are not allowed to carry any of the following items inside the examination venue under any circumstances:
a. Any stationary item such as textual material (printed or written), notes, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Writing Pad / Pens, Pen Drives,
Eraser etc.
b. Any electronic device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Wristwatch / Health Band, Electronic Pen
/Scanner, etc.
c. All ornaments like bracelets, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain /Necklace, Pendants, Necklace with pendants, Badge, Brooch, etc.
d. Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.
e. Any eatable item whether opened or packed, water bottle etc.
f. Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless / Bluetooth devices, spy camera,
etc.
g. Large buttons on clothes worn by the candidate.
h. Shoes / footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons.
No arrangement will be made at the examination centers for keeping any articles / items belongings to the candidates. If you are found in
possession of electronic items, gadgets, communication devices or any of the items as indicated above, you will be liable for action as
deemed appropriate by Examination Conducting Authority including but not limited to cancellation of the candidature.
Frisking at the examination venues will be carried out. You must reach the examination centre well in time.
8. Use of any unfair means by a candidate shall lead to cancellation of his/her candidature and shall render the candidate liable for
prosecution.
9. Candidates are advised not to carry any valuable items as no arrangement will be available for safe keeping of such articles.
10. Candidates must abide by the instructions given by the supervisor/invigilator. Failure to do so may entail cancellation of candidature.
11. Candidates shall have to undergo the process of FRISKING and checking at entry.
12. Candidates must ensure that their BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION for appearing in the examination is completed. Once the biometric
registration is completed the candidate shall not be allowed to leave the examination venue till the completion of the examination.
13. Rough sheet(s) and pen will be provided for calculation which must be returned after the test. Candidate should clearly write his/her name
and roll number on each rough sheet.
14. Candidates are advised to read the Instructions, on their computer screen carefully, at the commencement of the examination, before
starting to answer the questions.
15. Questions "Answered and Marked for Review" will be considered for evaluation.
16. Each question correctly answered will be awarded four mark and Negative marking for incorrect answer shall be to the tune of 25% of the
marks assigned to a question that is 1 mark.
17. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited and any such attempt will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the
examination. Candidates will be under CCTV coverage through the examination procedure.
18. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, facilitating transfer etc. of test contents or any information
therein, in whole or part, in any form or by any means including verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, or taking away the papers
supplied at the examination centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content shall be liable for cancellation of his/her
candidature and for prosecution.
19. Candidates are advised to locate their examination venue and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the
examination venue on time on the day of the exam.
20. The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates as per the information provided in application form. The candidature is subject to
fulfillment of eligibility conditions and verification thereof.
