Terms & Conditions

1. The firm may mention the service tax/Tin No. Properly
2. The firm may mention the tax charges separately if applicable,
3. The firm may visit the Institute the institute to check the above details before quoting the rates
4. Chemicals should be used properly and Complete services to be provided for the above mentioned
areas
5. The above work shall be completed within the stipulated time.
6. In case the firm fails to provide the Pest control service the order will be treated automatically
cancelled & the order will be placed to the next firm as per the rule.
7. Payments will be released based on the satisfactory services report obtained from the concerned I/c’s
8. The firm who has already submitted their quotation in response to our letter dated 02.06.2017, may re-
submit the quotation once again

The quotation may be submitted in sealed cover and super scribed as “Pest Control Anti termite
treatment at NIUM” and submit to this office on or before 06.07.2017, by hand/post.
