The report was about environmental issues and their solutions. The purpose of the report

was to address the problems that cause environmental degradation. They were mentioned as

material waste, air pollution, and open spaces. These issues impact profoundly on the

environment when not adequately controlled. The solutions would be at the government level as

they are the only people who deal with enforcement, infrastructure, legislation, and planning

(Negev et al., 2009). The target audience is the government, as it is the only body that has

solutions to the started environmental challenges.

The title page of the report is not clear; it does not have a good impression. On the title

page, the report should have the topic of discussion, the author's name, and the name of the

company. Although there is the topic on the title page, the introductory paragraph is also on the

same page. Hence the format is not well followed. Additionally, the title page is not centered as

it is supposed to be, there is no order that the title page has taken it has been combined with the

body of the report. It was hence making the report ineffective for the target audience.

In the header and footers, there is the page number and the title of the report on each

page. Some pages numbers and topics are on the top left, while on the other pages, they are on

the top right of the report. Each page is numbered accordingly and with appropriate topics. The

headings are distributed, therefore. Each section that introduces a new topic has its headings and

subheadings. The headings have been capitalized on the first letters of the words, making them

outstanding from the rest of the words. The headings give the reader a hint of what will follow

next in the discussion on the report. They are also placed for quick reference when the need

arises by the target audience.

The visuals used in the report include graphs showing the distribution of the kinds of

environmental issues faced, their causes, and possible solutions. Some tables are being used in

discussing the results of the experiment carried out. The visuals used to enhance the information

on the real-life situations used in displaying how the environment is affected by the pollutions.

The effects of steps that have been put into consideration to ensure that the problems are dealt

with appropriately. The use of visuals is effective for the target audience as the relationship

between the visuals and the topic is clearly explained in the discussion section.

On the sections' organization. The tables and the graphs come after the experiment has

been carried out. Relevant facts regarding the issues of the environment have been extensively

discussed in the upper section before explains the analysis gotten using tables. The tables have

been used in providing evidence in the carried out experiment and the outcome of the

experiment. The charts show the relationship between environmental problems, their causes, and

solutions.

The research is effective to be used in solving the issue of the environment. It outlines the

leading causes of the problems, and one of them is cases by human: dumping of waste materials

everywhere. These causes are preventable and can be done away with. The effective measures

can be implemented with the government since it's the only body that can help carter for the

expenses of clearing the environment. It also the body that can implement its legislative orders to

help save the environment.
