Hook size 20–32: Allen key M8.


Wrench with yaw size 205 mm.

Hook size 50: Allen key M8.

Wrench with yaw size 240 mm.

Disassembly

Suspension device 15. The package can now be refitted into the swivel
body.

16. Screw the suspension clockwise into the swivel


body until it reaches its original position.

17. Refit locking plate "A" to swivel body. See Fig. 2.


Use locking fluid Loctite Type 270 or similar.
Hook size 20 – 50: Tightening torque 23 Nm.

18. Lubricate the swivel until grease comes out


between suspension and hook. See Fig. 8.
Use a grease with EP additives, like "SHELL

11. Replace the bearing by placing the ring marked


"GS" against the suspension side. See Fig. 7.
