Video 6: Connection is our Common Destiny

Okay welcome back. So we mentioned that these two streams of evolution separated back in
Babylon. Now let’s take a quick look at this a little bit closer.

Now one group obviously elevated itself to the spiritual world. This is the group of Abraham, they
crossed the spiritual barrier this is called the Machsom, okay that's what divides the spiritual world
from my world, and you had two populations evolving on different degrees.

Now it's important at this point to mention that one form of evolution is not superior to the other form of
evolution, is not that one is good and what is bad. Simply speaking just like an organism will evolves
in different ways, if you look at a fetus you will see that the head actually grows first and it grows very
quickly, and the body is kind of small, but then slowly the body will start to grow and it grows even
larger than the head.

This is a little bit what was happening in Babylon. You have these two streams that separate they both
involve completely separately. The group of Babylon they evolve according corporeal evolution, they
evolve in technology, they evolve in all sorts of egoistic systems of trade and commerce, we
developed cars and airplanes and the internet and all sorts of fantastic things.

The other group develop for two thousand years only in spirituality. However these two groups shared
a common destiny, they share a common destiny, because our humanity our world is one organism.
There is no difference, there is no separation here. So we must both, both parts must connect and
reach something that we call the final correction or Gamar Tikun.

Now the Kabbalists speak to us a lot about this. They say that this spiritual society it fell into the other
society, the rest of Babylon for a purpose and this is where your scientific and Kabbalistic language is
going to come in.

We spoke about the GE and AHP now take a look at this, Also those two parts, those two streams of
evolution are also divided into GE and AHP. So here when we talk about the shattering of the vessels
we have this interesting phenomenon where by this spiritual society they lost their connection with the
Creator. They fell and they mixed completely with the rest of humanity, why?

Because now together this quality of bestowal and this quality of reception can mix together and make
that formal and final correction which is going to be 620 times greater than the first time that Adam
HaRishon was built.

Now this is an important date right here. We have the date of 1995, so many Kabbalists, one of them
being the Gaon de Vilna, he was a huge Kabbalist from Lithuania. He writes in one of his books that in
1990 - 1995 that is going to be the date when we are not going to be correcting ourselves and
evolving into spirituality individually, like in the past, with all the rest of the Kabbalist, the way that they
have done it until now but there is going to be mass correction, That we are going to start to be
corrected in groups, in big groups.
It also states that in 1995, and this was actually stated by another massive Kabbalist that we study
from which is Baal HaSulam. He states that specifically 1995 is the year when egoistic evolution
stops, we call it egoluton, so egolution ends, and we are in no way able to continue this progress.

Now go back to 1995 yourself, just think about it, what were you doing at that time, what was the
world like, and see if anything has changed. I certainly feel that something has changed in that day
and now the world is not as clear, we don't really have a point of reference, it’s almost as if our
horizon is not as clear as it was back in those days.
And that's because our horizon is a spiritual horizon. Humanity now a days needs a method, it needs
a special, organized, practical way of making this jump from corporeality to spirituality and that
method is called the method of Kabbalah or the method of connection..

So in this course we're going to be talking about the practical way of doing that. In this lesson we
spoken to you about the importance of connection, about the root and the birthplace of Kabbalah. We
hope that you have enjoyed it. Our next lesson is going to be focused on a force that is opposed to
the force of connection, it is called the ego, you've all heard about it. We're going to learn about the
Kabbalistic interpretation of the ego, so we hope that we see you soon and thank you so much
