Lines - It is a series of connected dots or prolongation of a point to show the shape or form of any piece of art.
Color - An element of art dependent on the presence of light. It makes the object look appealing to the visual sense
Classification of Colors
• Primary Colors- (BRY)
• THEY ARE THE FIRST TO BE PRODUCED
• All colors are produced as a result of their combination
• Secondary Colors- (GOV)
• PRODUCED BY COMBINING TWO PRIMARY COLORS
• Intermediate Colors – (RV, RO, YO, YG, BG, BV,)
• COMBINATION OF ONE PRIMARY COLOR AND ONE SECONDARY COLOR.

Painting – the art of applying pigments to a surface in order to present a picture of the subject

Sculpture – the art of carving or otherwise forming a three dimensional work of art. The word sculpture originated
from the Latin word sculpere meaning to carve. However, there are ways of sculpting other than carving. These are
casting, modeling, assembling and constructing figures and forms.

Architecture – the art and science of designing and constructing buildings, bridges, and other structures to satisfy
individual and communal needs.

Directions: Create your own piece of Art using the combination of different elements of visual arts. You can use
acrylic paint and canvass OR oil pastel and oslo paper.
