Your school is a recipient of the DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) which aimed at providing public schools with appropriate
technologies that would enhance the teaching-learning process and meet the challenges of the 21st century. This questionnaire is about Digital
Literacy and use of ICT by teachers/personnel in each school partner (mainly focused on the frequency, quality and diversity of ICT use in teaching
and learning.

computer literacy of COA employees for possible establishment of capacity building interventions.
