In fact, the overall project progress had been under a delay due to the poor
performance of the contractor.
The primary purpose of this report is to indicate the contractor is trying get on track. On
this week, it seems the performance of the contractor is hopeful and increasing
gradually. Actually, if the rate of progress continue increasingly as it is, the project
significantly will become healthy.
