1. INTRODUCTION
The project intended to switch from tank B20 blending to In-Line Blending to optimize
storage capacity utilization and reduce power consumption for B20 production. Project
covers (8) In-Line Blending Modules for (4) AKR Tank Terminals across Indonesia. In this
control system, a human machine interface is needed to operate or monitor the plant by
operator. So PLC and HMI are needed to build this system
