SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, SHAR MAINE JOYCE BARCEBAL, of legal age, Filipino, single

and a resident of Oton, Iloilo, Philippines, do by these presents, hereby
named and appoint MA. ROXANNE DE GUIA, of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Leganes, Iloilo, Philippines, to be my attorney-in-
fact to do the following acts and deed to wit:

1. To represent me in the processing and claiming of my Clearance,

Certificate of Employment, and Back Pay in a form of check from
QualiMed Hospital, Mandurriao, Iloilo City;

2. To represent me in processing and claiming of my COVID-19

compensation in a from of money or check from Department of
Health, Regional Office 6, Mandurriao, Iloilo City;

3. To encash the said checks on my behalf and to receive the value

thereof;

3. To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents,

agreements, and other writing of whatever nature or kind, with any
and all third persons, concerns, or entities, upon terms and
conditions acceptable to my said attorney-in-fact relative to the
said transactions;

WHEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present and acting in person and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done or have already done by virtue of this special power of attorney.
