1. OBJECT
1.1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to provide guideline for the checks to be
performed for warranty inspection for AIR COMPRESSORS in accordance with
SEC specification reference Schedule C, Attachment BF-X-A.

2. SCOPE

1. Visual inspection for air compressor elements:

 Paint.
 Check oil level.
 Check coolant Filter.
 Check operation setting.
 Coolers visual check.

2. General Inspections for compressor that includes:

 Check for 1st & 2nd stages operation settings.
 Package pressure.
 air filters check.
 Check blowdown valve.
 Coupling condition.
 Inspection for air leaks.
 Inspection of condensate drain.
 Inspection of main motor.
 Hoses check

3. Visual inspection for air dryers:

 Inlet & outlet pressure.
 Towers change operations.
 Inlet filter condition.
 Outlet filter condition.
 Mufflers conditions.

4. Electric inspection for air dryers:

 Electrical connections.
