SCOPE OF WORK
for EGCS INSTALLATION

SCOPE OF WORK | for EGCS INSTALLATION
1) Feasibility Study & Onboard Survey 5) Production Design
 Examining the specifications of the candidate scrubber companies,  Making evaluations on the 3D model together with the ship owner and the scrubber
 Working on the alteration to be carried out on the basis of projects belonging to the company’s technical/service personnel,
ship as predesign,  Preparing production and assembly drawings and formation of the material list as per
 Getting on board of the ship after making P&ID and/or 2D arrangement studies in the the approved 3D model,
office,  Sharing the prepared production design package with the selected/candidate
 Making evaluation on the planned alteration on site, shipyards and receipt of final offers by the ship owner,
 Preparing the preliminary report including inspection notes, photos from the site and  Making evaluations and warnings on the 3D model together with the technical
2D arrangement studies personnel of the selected shipyard,
 To give support regarding production method and planning in line with the capacity of

 Making highly sensitive 3D Scanning covering engine room, inside the funnel (outside 7) Assembly & Commissioning

 Gathering the scanned data and transferring it to 3D engineering software,  Commissioning by the scrubber service engineers,
 Giving technical support as per the production design during this process,
4) Detailed Design  Processing as-built revisions which can be in the drawings subject to class approval,
 Transferring the scrubber system components to 3D engineering software,  (Optional) In case of LWT change limits, mentioned in the class regulations, are
 Modelling the required lines among the system components, modelling foundations exceeded; revision of Damage/Intact Stability following the inclining experiment
for the equipment, and modelling ship structural alterations,
 Preparing drawings regarding schematic/line and drawings including structural
alterations to be presented to the class company for approval,
 Follow up with class approval process and get class approval before the production
design stage
