AFFIDAVIT

I, ROBEL M. BAGOYO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, a resident of Dummun, Gattaran,

Cagayan, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law depose and state, THAT:

1. That I am in possession of properties located at Guising, Gattaran, Cagayan and

Dummun, Gattaran, Cagayan embraced by TCT No. T-72877 and Certificate of Title No.
T-7597, respectively;

2. That I have been cultivating the said properties for almost three (3) years;

3. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the truth of the
foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
