AFFIDAVIT

I, ARMANDO SIA DASALLA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,

and with residence at Maraburab, Alcala, Cagayan, after being duly sworn to
in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. That I am one of the legal heirs of ELPIDIO DASALLA who left a

certain property situated at Piggatan, Alcala, Cagayan;

2. That I am requesting for the transmittal of the said property before the
office of CENRO DENR, Alcala, Cagayan;

3. I am executing this affidavit to support my request for the transmittal

and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
