DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF

RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in the Municipality of ______________ , Province of

________________, Philippines, by and among:

1. RAQUEL TAGAPAN AJEL, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with

residence at Ballacayu, San Pablo, Isabela;

2. CAMILO TAGAPAN AJEL JR., Filipino citizen and with residence

at Ballacayu, San Pablo, Isabela;

3. LORIE AJEL CONTILLO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with

residence at Jurisdiccion, Alcala, Cagayan;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above persons are the legal heirs of the late CAMILO ARDANIEL
AJEL, of Ballacayu, San Pablo, Isabela and left _____________________________;

WHEREAS, the above-named decedent left no debts and obligations;

WHEREAS, we are the heirs of the above-named decedent, entitled to and have the right
to succeed his estate, particularly the above-described incentives;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and pursuant to
Article 496 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines and Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and
adjudicate among themselves in pro indiviso equal shares the said incentives.

WAIVER

FURTHER, WE, RAQUEL TAGAPAN AJEL and CAMILO TAGAPAN AJEL JR.,
hereby unconditionally waiving all our rights and interests over the aforesaid incentives in favor
of LORIE AJEL CONTILLO, her heirs and assigns;

WE have executed this Deed freely, voluntarily and intelligently.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereto have hereunto set their hands this ___
