This study aims to discuss some characteristics that the " manager of public relations " should
possess as skills of "emotional intelligence " because it's among the most crucial skills that can help them
to guide themselves and keep control of their emotions as well as aid them to be effective in their
administrative work, and taking appropriate decisions and this's what influence their responsibilities. And
