Abstract
In this paper we present a topic that combines the Islamic economy with the Islamic finance for-
mulas , First, we will present the essence of the Islamic economy from the definitions, characteristics,
values and importance of the Islamic economy. Then we discuss the nature of Islamic finance through
exposure to various definitions of Islamic finance and the characteristics and fundamentals of Islamic
finance, and then stand in the most important forms of Islamic finance by dividing into four units; we will
first look at formulas based on jurisprudence of sales And then formulas based on the jurisprudence of
the company, and then we address the formulas based on the jurisprudence of the lease and finally touch
on the formulas based on the jurisprudence of the loan .
