5 Switch 'ON' the Incoming & Outgoing Feeder-01 (VCB breaker) through Trip Neutral Close(TNC) Switch.

6 Check the Primary Voltage in MDM in Outgoing Feeder-1 at the HT Panel.

7 Check the Secondary Voltage of the Transformer-1 at Main Incomer of the PCC-01 Panel.

8 Select the Selector Switch in Manual mode, to operate Blower/Fan through Illumination Push Button.

9 In Auto mode Blower/Fan will run automatically when temperature rises above 90 degree celcius.

10 Ensure marine lamp is off, at closed condition of Transformer-01 door.

12 Ensure Spring Charge Indication is Healthy in the Outgoing Feeder-01 at the HT Panel.

16 Ensure 'OFF' Symbol Indication in the VCB Breaker.

17 Check the Outgoing-01 VCB 'OFF' Indication Lamp.

8    6) After checking the COMPRESSOR READY status, press the START button.

9    7) Check the condition of VIB and piping valve during START 1, 2, 3.

10    8) If there is no problem, switch the UNLOAD / AUTOLOAD switch to AUTOLOAD

11    9) Check the operation status of the condensate trap of the intercooler and the after cooler.

12  ※ Stop

13    1) Place the UNLOAD / AUTOLOAD switch in UNLOAD.

14    2) Press the STOP button.

15    3) Open the intercooler condensate trap drain valve.

16    4) Press RESET or STOP BUTTON to prepare for the next operation.

8 Chect the shaft rotations then put the load conditions

9 Check the condition of drin piping valve during START 1, 2, 3.

10 If there is no problem, switch the LOAD condition

11 Check the operation status of the condensate trap of the intercooler and the after cooler.

 ※ Stop
12 Place the UNLOAD / switch in unload.

13 Open the intercooler condensate trap drain valve.

14 Press unload botton after 5 Minutes swith off botton press.

16 Now the oil pump is auto start again we run the oil pump for 30 minutes after compressor stop.

17 After 30 minutes stop the power supply switch and press the emergency button in the compressor panel.

18 Push off the emergency button in soft starter panel.
