6- 1. Caution for electricity-related repairs
CAUTION When doing electricity-related repairs, always turn off
the key switch, unplug the battery, and discharge the
capacitor.
See "1-2-2. Capacitor - discharge" on page 3.

CAUTION Do not pull the power supply cable when removing the
battery plug.
Hold the battery plug and then pull it out.

CAUTION When removing the connector, do not pull the harness


part. Hold the connector housing part firmly, and then
unlock and remove the connector.

WARNING l When troubleshooting, apply stopper to the load


wheel and jack up the drive wheel side. And then
check the problems.
l Lift or jack up the forklift truck, and then support it
with safety blocks or rigid stands.

CAUTION Always you must set the required items when replacing
the main board.
See "1-3. Required settings" on page 4.
