OK GUYS, SO ... THAT WE LIVE HEALTHY, WE MUST MAINTAIN A HEALTHY


LIFESTYLE ...

1. WHAT IS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS LIFESTYLES THAT CAN AFFECT HEALTH SUCH AS
DIET, REST PATTERNS, HYGIENE, EXERCISE AND PRAYING

2. WHEN TO START A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CAN BE STARTED EARLY, BY IMPLEMENTING A
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, WE WILL ALWAYS GET USED TO IT

3. WHERE WE HAVE TO DO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE SUCH AS AT HOME, AT
SCHOOL, IN MOSQUES, IN PUBLIC PLACES AND IN ALL PLACES

4. WHO DOES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS CARRIED OUT BY EVERYONE, INCLUDING
CHILDREN, TEENAGERS, PARENTS AND ALL CIRCLES OF SOCIETY.

5. WHY SHOULD YOU DO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AIMS TO IMPROVE THE DEGREE OF PUBLIC
HEALTH, NAMELY SO THAT IT IS NOT EASY TO GET SICK, THE BODY IS
ALWAYS STRONG, THE BRAIN IS SMART. SO THAT IT CAN SUPPORT PUBLIC
HEALTH

6. HOW TO DO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ?


1. THE FIRST THING THAT AFFECTS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS DIET, YOU
COULD SAY HUH.. “ YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ” SO ... WHAT YOU EAT IS
A REFLECTION OF YOURSELF. IF YOU ARE DILIGENT IN EATING
NUTRITIOUS FOOD, YOU MUST BE HEALTHY, AND IF YOU DON'T EAT
NUTRITIOUS FOOD YOU WILL GET SICK EASILY. IT'S EASY ...

THE DIFFICULT THING IS TO REGULATE THEIR DIET, MANY PEOPLE


CAN'T REGULATE THEIR DIET. THEY STILL OFTEN EAT FOODS THAT
ARE NOT NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED SUCH AS JUNK FOOD, FOODS
HIGH IN SUGAR, FAT AND SALT, BUT LOW IN VITAMINS AND FIBER. IF
THESE FOODS ARE OFTEN CONSUMED IN LARGE QUANTITIES, THEY
CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF OBESITY, HYPERTENSION, DIABETES,
HEART DISEASE, STROKE AND CANCER.

THAT'S WHY YOU MUST ADOPT A DIET ACCORDING TO BALANCED


NUTRITION GUIDELINES.

2. FURTHERMORE, YOU MUST MAINTAIN PERSONAL AND


ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENE TO AVOID INFECTIOUS DISEASES. FOR
EXAMPLE, ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS WITH RUNNING WATER, WEAR
SANDALS WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE AND MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS
BY THROWING GARBAGE IN ITS PLACE.

3. HEY, DO YOU LIKE STAYING UP LATE? COME ON, ADMIT IT


THE HABIT OF SLEEPING LATE AT NIGHT IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH
BECAUSE THE PROCESS OF CELL GROWTH AND REGENERATION
OCCURS DURING SLEEP. THEREFORE, WE NEED SIX TO EIGHT HOURS A
DAY TO SLEEP SO THAT THE BODY BECOMES HEALTHY AND FRESH. DO
YOU WANT, YOUR BODY TO BE WEAK AND YOU'RE ALWAYS SLEEPY
ALL DAY ? IF I DON’T ...

4. OH YES, BESIDES SLEEPING, THE BODY ALSO NEEDS OTHER ACTIVITIES


THAT DON'T STRESS AND CERTAINLY REFRESH THE BODY AGAIN. FOR
EXAMPLE, GOING OUT WITH FAMILY, HANGOUT WITH FRIENDS AND
DOING HOBBIES THAT YOU LIKE.

AND NO LESS IMPORTANT IS EXERCISE SO THAT YOUR HEALTH IS


MAINTAINED. DO ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MINUTES OF EXERCISE A
WEEK. THE SPORTS CAN BE VARIOUS, YOU CAN SWIM, RUN,
BADMINTON, CYCLING OR OTHER THINGS.

5. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO PRAY PRAYING NOT ONLY


IMPROVES PHYSICAL HEALTH BUT CAN ALSO IMPROVE SPIRITUAL
HEALTH.
WELL, FRIENDS, THE CONCLUSION IN MY PRESENTATION THIS TIME IS THAT IF
YOU MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BY EATING A BALANCED NUTRITIOUS
DIET, GETTING ENOUGH REST, MAINTAINING A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT,
EXERCISING REGULARLY AND ALWAYS PRAYING, THEN YOU WILL GET
PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH FRESHNESS, NO ONLY NOW BUT ALSO IN THE
FUTURE. OKAY GUYS, DON'T FORGET TO PRACTICE THE FIVE HEALTHY
LIFESTYLES...
