VW realizes the constant change because its costs reduced and it obtained quality
improvements, in addition to optimizing time and its resources, since VW is a well-known
car brand and seeks to have a constant competitiveness

2- Why do you think a ‘clear vision’ or objective is important before making

changes?

A "clear vision" or objective is important before making changes because they introduce
and help understand what you want to achieve in the company, which in this case is to
reduce costs, improve quality and reduce product development times, and to time to
combine these to achieve increased sales.

3- Explain why improved communication and training were key features of the
successful changes to the work of VW’s IT department.

Improve communication and training of the VW IT department, it was appropriate because

a better order is achieved within the company, it improves profitability, there are more
standardized processes, employees are clear about the objectives they are pursuing, they
know what what to do; And best of all, each area specializes in what it knows and does
best. This influences the company to be more successful by increasing customer

-The companies have had an increase in the net demand in the case of our business plan of
a store of natural products, also the demand for these types of products from different
brands with Garden, Labmac, omnylife, among others, have been growing in demand in
recent times, due to the positive effect that the market believes that natural medicine has to
strengthen the immune system against the threat of the covid 19 virus.

- The strength that the new way of doing business has been taking from the use of various
online platforms.

- The partial loss of fear that customers of online businesses had before, this is being
overcome because the current circumstances due to covid19, merit its use due to
restrictions and now lastly for the convenience of buyers to make a purchase in line and
that the product reaches the door of the house or work.

- The preference of natural medicine products in view of the fact that there is still no
specific medicine to cure covid 19.
