FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS “THE DARK CORNER”

INTRODUCE
Hello Shark Thanh and everyone, we are The Dark Corner. I am Minh Anh, but you can
call me Aminda. I will represent my group to introduce members. Our group includes Kim Ngân,
Ngọc Long, Hữu Quân and Minh Tuấn.
After synthesizing the opinions, we decided to choose the topic "Healthy lives" because
we see that Vietnam is currently a country with an increasing need to improve personal health.
And now, let's move on to our products.

PROBLEM SUMMARY
According to the 2020 Diet Decisions Survey, 58% of consumers in the Asia-Pacific
region are gradually eating better and believe they will be healthier in the future state,
including Vietnam.
However, with the hectic nature of work, the time to prepare family dishes is not much,
so the demand for fast food is increasing because of their convenience.
These foods are often high in calories but have little or no nutritional value. When eaten
in excess, it can lead to health problems such as heart disease and obesity.
So, how to continue to develop fast food restaurant chains while still ensuring the
health of consumers?
And that is the core value that The Dark Corner is pursuing and developing, bringing
convenient and nutritious food sources, contributing to improving the health of Vietnamese
consumers.

SOLUTION SUMMARY
To create fast but healthy dishes, we start by using clean food sources grown in Dak Lak.
Next step, we changed a few ingredients and cooking methods, typically using bamboo charcoal
in combination with oil-free frying to create unique and healthy dishes.
Bamboo charcoal is a safe food additive originating from Japan used in cuisine to create
color. When processed with other foods, bamboo charcoal helps to supplement a large number
of valuable nutrients like Calcium (Ca), Potassium (K), Iron (Fe), Sodium (Na). Especially,
bamboo charcoal also has a magnificent detoxifying effect on the human body. It can absorb
chemicals, minerals, electromagnetic waves as well as other toxic substances.
Besides, the detox made from bamboo charcoal is also a tremendously effective solution
for those who want to maintain their shape and support weight loss.

So that the guests can indulge their passion for food without worrying about health
problems, our menu is designed detailly to the ingredients and the nutritional content of each
dish.
Because the pandemic is still quite complicated, our restaurant decided to sell food in
the traditional form and open a new form of "take away" to meet the needs of all customers
near and far.
Located at D2, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC - one of the busy streets of Ho Chi
Minh City, our restaurant is near universities such as Hutech, UEH, FTU II. With trendy
architecture and interior combined with extremely "quality" check-in corners, we believe that
we will be the ideal choice for your meal.

MARKET & COMPETITION


1. Market segment
Our business market segment is the youth:
• Teenagers or students aged 13 to 18. They tend to like fast food or fried foods and be easily
attracted by exotic dishes.
• Young people from 18 to 25 years old. They often focus on health and weight issues, so fast
food combined with healthy processed will meet their needs.
=> Object: Office-workers and Students.

2. Target customers
Our target customers are students, office workers - who care about their health and like unique
dishes but don't have time to cook.

Understanding that, our restaurant has created a menu that contains the best nutrients for
health and can satisfy the eating needs of young people.

Strange but no less nutritious is what we aim to. In addition, our products are suitable for
everyone's budget. The price of each dish only ranges from 30,000 VND to 100,000 VND that is
cheap but still brings profits to our businesses.

Currently, there are a total of 450 universities and colleges nationwide. If we do marketing in
many forms, especially online, then gradually expand franchised branches across the schools,
we will earn an extremely high profit. That is considered a big game, and we have agreed to
play to bring our products reach further.

We are confident that our company will bring high profits because we are knowledgeable about
clean cuisine. We understand the nutrition required in each dish, and we can create many new
courses regularly under the advice of nutritionists. Most of all, each member of our business is
a dynamic young person. We are experienced and understand the psychology of GENZ, so we
can effortlessly grasp the trend of today's youth. I can be sure that choosing to invest in our
store is the right decision. We won't let you down because it is our passion and yours. We hope
