Problem & Solution Summary
Describe very briefly why your business needs to exist. What problem do you
solve for your customers? How do you solve the problem presented above?

According to our team's study, people's need for more and more quick foods is
growing at a rapid pace. However, rapid foods are typically bad for your health,
especially if you're on a diet but are stressed out from job, school, or
examinations. Our organization recognizes that nutritious instant noodles will be a
useful product in the lives of modern people. Unfortunately, our clients will face
the following problems:
 Problem 1: Will buyers believe that healthy instant noodles are not as
tasty as typical instant noodles? We will still ensure that the flavor is not
too dissimilar to conventional noodles, but because it is a health-oriented
instant noodle, there will be less fat and overly spicy spice.
 Problem 2: Is the price too high? The pricing will still be assured to be
affordable to the Vietnamese people and to maintain market price
stability.
 Problem 3: How can you tell if instant noodles are healthy? Our instant
noodles will contain components (to be dried) such as brown rice,
mushrooms, veggies, and chicken, and we will use as little fat as possible
while preserving the taste.
Market & Competition
Describe your target customers, market segments, and identify your key
competition. Who will your customers also consider?

Customers will be divided into two groups:


young (18-24 years old) and middle-aged (35-45
years old) with inexpensive, easy-to-purchase,
and user-friendly market segments.
Perfect Earth, with its organic quick noodle
business, is our competition. However, because
Perfect Earth's goods are rather pricey, my team
believes that buyers would choose our instant
noodles.

company achieve the presented goals with that product?

Our mission is to provide nutritious items that do not need a lot of work
or time to prepare. Our objective is for more people to be aware of and
trust our company's products.
Our company's marketable products will include the following:
 Abalone Brown Rice Noodles with Mushrooms (Vegetarian
Noodles)
 Vegetables and chicken rice noodles braised
 Noodles from Vietnam (with noodles made from brown rice)
 Brown rice noodles with tomyum sauce
 Brown rice noodles with seafood
We will develop unique advertising and commercial tactics to assist our
organization in meeting its objectives.

We are Van Lang University students from several faculties. We worked


together to create this business strategy. Because our team understand
the health issues of today's young people, Le Trung Thanh came up with
this company concept, which our entire team expanded and built
together.
