    An inspection of the MT. GAS CAMELOT identified that the ship did not have rendering points installed on all mooring winches. The root cause was determined to be that there were no rendering points previously installed. As corrective action, rendering points were set and installed on all mooring winches. Going forward, the preventive action will be for the chief engineer to regularly check all mooring winches to ensure the rendering points remain in place.
