    An inspection was conducted on the MT. GAS CAMELOT owned by PT. SUASA BENUA SUKSES on October 30, 2021 at Pulau Sambu port. The inspection found that at least 5 flood lights on the weather deck were unlit. The root cause was broken light bulbs. The corrective action was to replace the old flood lights on deck. The preventive action is for the Chief Officer to regularly check the flood lights on deck and coordinate with the electrician.
