Examination procedure for Senior High School (Printed and

Digitized Learning Modules)
The College for Research and Technology in response to the requirements
set by the government through the Department of Health and Inter-Agency
Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases recognize the need to
implement the Minimum Health Standard during the examination period of
the Senior High School students of CRT.
Relative to this, the school primarily consider the safety and welfare of all
examinees and examination personnel who will be exposed to health risks
while participating in the conduct of the examinations, thereby
recommending the following health and safety protocols:

 Observe physical distancing of two (2) meters between examinees.

Examinees shall be restricted to their assigned seat.

 Require wearing of facemask (at least 3-ply surgical mask,

preferably N95 mask) and face shield. Note: Facemasks will only
be removed when taking meals or drinks.

 Require to bring 70% ethyl alcohol for hand disinfection.

 Submit duly accomplished health declaration form before the start of

the examination. (The form will be provided by proctors)

 Inform Students/Parents/Barangay Halls Officials prior to the

schedules of examinations.
 As indicated in signed MOA between school and respective Barangay
halls, they should provide a venue for the students who are taking
examinations with proper observation of the minimum health
standard provided by IATF and DOH.
 Students must be on the venue 30 minutes before the examination.
 Proctor/s should handle the examination papers to the students
following the health standard protocols.

 The examination will start on exact 7:00 am until 5:00 pm. Breaktime
is 15 minutes from 9:30-9:45 in the morning, lunch would be 12:00
nn -1:00 pm and 2:30-2:45 in the afternoon.

 Bring your own meals (preferably pre-packed meal/snack and drink)

to be eaten during breaks, while being in their assigned seats.

 No talking and loitering in the examination venue.

 Bring your own ball pens, pencils, and erasers. BORROWING FROM
SEATMATE IS NOT ALLOWED TO PREVENT CROSS-
CONTAMINATION.

AFTER THE EXAMINATION

After the examination the students must observe the following procedure:

 Each test paper/booklets will be submitted one by one by the

examinees in the designated box provided.

 During the submission of the test papers /booklets students must

observe the physical distancing of two meters.

 The examinees must leave the examination venue after the allotted
time for the examination, they must leave the venue individually to
avoid not following the physical distancing of two meters.

 The proctors will secure all the test papers/booklets in the provided
box and sealed it using a packaging tape.
