Background of The Study:


Our college named People’s Multiple Campus Conduct the research programme for two days
for the students of bachelor level (BBS) fourth year’s Total Thirty Seven students and Three
teachers was participate to field visit.
In Partial Fulfilment of the Requirements.
Dated on 2075/08/14 to 2075/08/15, we all decided to visit with respected teachers to the
fulfilment of our practical. Our destination was Balaju Industrial sector and Chitlang organic
village resort to study of industry and natural places and how to people can adjust to their
daily activities and its necessary. The chitlang is located at Makwanpur District, and we
discussed about their problems advantage, disadvantage, and challenges while making Goat
Cheese and Goat Farm. At last we also collecting information about Dairy Development
Corporation (DDC) at Balaju industrial sector.
So that we have to do some questions for In Partial Fulfilment of the Requirements.
provided by research department of our college. The questions are answered as follows.

QUESTIONS:
1. What do you mean by field visit? Please prepare a sample questionnaire for collecting
information of organization for research purpose.
Ans: A field visit is a journey by a group of people to a place away from their normal
environment.
When done for students, it is also known as college trip to research about somethings.
The purpose of the visit is usually observation for education, non-experimental research or to
provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities, such as going camping
with teachers and their classmates. The aim of this research is to observe the subject in its
natural state and possibly collect samples.
Sample questions about field visit at chitlang and balaju industrial sector are as follows:
a) When was establish balaju industrial sector?
b) When was establish dairy development corporation (DDC)?
c) How you feel about field visit?
d) What was the important of field visit?
e) What are the advantage and disadvantage of chitlang goat cheese factory?
f) How many people are employee on chitlang goat cheese factory?
g) What problems are faced by the people at chitlang goat cheese factory?
h) How many people have opportunity to work with DDC?
i) What are the main objective of field visit?

Thus our field visit of Balaju industrial and chiitlang goat cheese factory are the most
important and memorable trip with my friends and respected teachers whom guide to
research and practical.so it is best part of our study for collecting information about
organization for research purpose.
2. When was organization established?
Ans: The chitlang goat cheese factory was established on 2061 B.S
Ans: The Dairy Development corporation was established on 2060 B.S
3. What difficulties has the organization faced in its initial phase?
Ans: The organization has faced some difficulties in its initial phase. The organization
management committee is the organization which is cooperative ltd and the manager should
try to leave the organization and went far from country and live in there. So that their
organization others people and staff have not experience to make goat cheese so that the
factory was closed sometime because of experience people are not there. So after some time
one society decided to take training of making goat cheese outside of country which is
German and one farmer take decision to go to take training period of 25 days. After finished
training German people offered to him to living there and paid 250000 salary per month. But
he has not accept their proposal and decide to return own country and contribute on birthland.
At last he returned home country and continue to run chitlang goat cheese factory. Now the
chitlang goat cheese factory have earned more profit and generate employment and
marketplace to supply goat cheese on Nepal and outside country.
So the organization has faced the problem to get success. And remarkable place to visit and
research programme at chitlang.
4. When was chitlang announced as tourism place? What is the annual turnover of
chitlang cheese factory and homestay?
Ans: The Chitlang was announced as tourism place on 2010 A.D. The Annual Turnover of
chitlang goat cheese factory and homestay:
Annual turnover Ratio=total sales ÷ average inventory
Where, total sale for the year180000 ×12=2160000
Average inventory¿ opening inventory+ closing inventory ÷2
