4 PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE OF THE SELF

NAME:

1. Make a collage of your ‘Ideal Self’. Use cut out magazine pictures or use your drawing
skills to  create a collage that represents your ‘two selves’. Next, have a friend or family
member make a  collage of your ‘Actual Self’. Compare them and see what you will learn
about yourself! 

2. Pick any song that you think is relevant. This can be pop, R&B, classic rock, country or
whatever  you like. Write the lyrics down and analyze how the Multiple Selves were
depicted in the song.
